Great company. I have used them 2 times myself and referred them a couple times already and they have done a great job and great price. Very professional. I will continue to use them and refer them.

I tried to call the number on the website but it reverted to a full voice mail. I went to the website and set up and appointment for the same afternoon, and noone contacted me, or showed up. If your looking for an appliance repairman, I suggest that you look elsewhere

Hi Ray, thank you review, I guess we have to take the good with the bad. Please know that it was not intentional. We were tied up on a large job and didn't catch the call or the online booking and for that we apologize. If you notice in the text message our system sends after someone books online (see below). It says your appointment is being reviewed and we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm. On some jobs we run into major issues and sometimes it unknowingly eats up way more time that expected. Today was one of those. Again, sorry for the inconvenience today, we'll work on doing better!
